1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Hey Jarvis ("the Service"), operated by BPS Group ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hey Jarvis is an AI voice assistant available as a browser-based service and a downloadable application. The browser version processes requests via our servers. The downloadable version processes requests locally on your hardware.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with other users' use of the Service, or to reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by BPS Group. Content you create using the Service remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPS Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
